If the hinge leaf is recessed only at the bottom or the top insert a shim behind only part of the hinge leaf. Set two or three cardboard shims in the hinge mortises on the door and jamb then replace the hinge. You can also adjust a door slightly to the left or the right by bending the hinge knuckles. Drive a screw near the middle of the area where the door is rubbing.

Once you have the door square with the body opening you can adjust the door forward or rearward and up and down to get the gaps as even as you can all the way around.

Hold door hinge against cardboard and use utility knife to cut around hinge. You may need to add a second screw. Tighten the screws or repair the screw holes. Do you have to slam your doors in order to close on your good ol chevy.

Drill through the jamb countersink the screwhead with a countersink bit.
