How to hang letters on wall straight.
We re here to show how to hang wall letters with adhesive hardware and non marking hanging strips.
You can also make a diy approximation by driving a nail through the bottom of a paint stir stick.
Mark the spot where you want to hang the letter.
Use painters tape to mark center.
For heavier letters grab double sided mounting tape.
Alternately a d ring can be used by attaching to the back of the letter with included hardware and tying the rope through the ring.
Hold your letter up against the wall and adjust it until you think.
Using a tape measure find the center of the area that you want to hang your letters.
Cut paper strips the width of the side margins and apply them to the board with glue stick.
Insert them into the letter just enough so it grabs the wood but doesn t go through the letter.
Use a level to make sure your tape is perfectly straight.
Hold your straight edge against the wall at the level that you want the bottom of your.
Then use a screwdriver to make a hole where you want the nails to go.
Loop the end of the rope and tie to slide onto the head of the screw.
Take your marked tape and place it on the wall where you want your pictures to hang.
Then i eyeballed the blue tape where i wanted to be in the frame.
Trim the letter layer close to the lettering at the top and along each side.
Attach two small screws to the back of the letter.
Lay the letters out on the floor.
Stick a piece of tape across the letters.
Mark on the tape exactly where the nails or screws need to go.
For a frame with two brackets on the back place a piece of painters tape across the back.
